My name is Deniss

I specialize in trauma-informed and culturally responsive therapy. I work with individuals and couples who are ready to do the deep work—people who are tired of people-pleasing, struggling to set boundaries, carrying wounds from the past, or feeling disconnected from who they really are.

 

My approach is rooted in compassion and curiosity. I'm psychoanalytical at heart, which means we'll dive beneath the surface to understand the roots of your patterns and create true, long-term healing. But I also know you need support now, so I'll teach you practical tools—journaling, meditation, thought-challenging—that help you feel more grounded in your daily life.
