The Monthly Check-In
A Community Wellness Check-In
The Monthly Check-In is a free, monthly online gathering for adults experiencing stress and anxiety and in need of a space to pause, reconnect with your body, and destress. It is not a processing group- it is place for reflection and a chance to check-in with yourself, your mind, and your body.

WHEN: First Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM PST
WHERE: Via Google Meet (link sent upon registration)
COST: FREE (community care offering)
These times are heavy.
If you're feeling overwhelmed by the news, exhausted by the state of the world, or just need a space to breathe with others who get it—this is for you.
We'll practice grounding, learn nervous system tools, and create space for you to reconnect with your body.
Each 30-minute check-in includes:
✓ Opening grounding practice to arrive in your body
✓ Brief community check-in (share as much or as little as you want)
✓ Guided somatic practices to release stress and regulate your nervous system
✓ Suggested Journaling Reflection Prompts
✓ Closing ritual and resources
Monthly themes rotate to include: nervous system regulation, boundary-setting, grief rituals, finding agency, collective resilience, and more.

This is not group therapy or crisis intervention. It's a psychoeducational and supportive space for community wellness.
