A place for those looking for motivation, inspiration, and collaboration.
South Bay Wellness Collective is a community of wellness practitioners who support one another in accomplishing our professional dreams.
We host monthly socials, support groups, and offer special workshops on topics like private practice development, how to book speaking engagements, and more.

Networking Socials
Networking events are meant to be approached with intention.
We encourage all attendees to share about their dreams, interests, and hobbies to help create connections with one another as people first, collaborators second.

Our Story
South Bay Wellness Collective was founded by Deniss Pleiner-- a therapist in search of community. After feeling lost in endless email lists, faceless names, and networking events with fleeting connections, she decided to create a space that values connection and fosters community.
South Bay Wellness is not just another support group -- our goal is to facilitate the growth of real connections and support to help you succeed in whatever your goals are. From growing your solo practice or business to exploring other avenues of creativity and fulfillment. At South Bay Wellness Collective we want to know what you want to accomplish and how we can help you do that.

Our Mission & Values
South Bay Wellness Collective’s mission is to create a local community of mental health professionals all of whom are committed to long-term relationships and collective wellbeing.
We strongly believe in our collective and individual responsibility to create and maintain a space where everyone feels safe, seen, and supported. For this reason we believe:
-
Mutual care,
-
Equity
-
Respect
-
Social Justice as a pillar of mental health & community care
-
Anti-racist, anti-ableist, anti-sexist, LBGTQ+ affirming, and overall welcoming space for all.
All programs and offerings are welcoming of folks of all walks of life and we welcome anyone who shares our values into our community.
