Good self-esteem is built by making choices you are proud of.

This includes *hard* decisions that are not always fun like:
going to bed early
eating healthier
not buying that *one* item
letting go of that *one* person
But after that initial discomfort, we find that we made it through. We took care of ourselves. THAT is self-love.
