Here we go again! (or still..)
Some of us never went back to the office, and others are back at home once more so I put together a quick list of boundaries for working from home as a refresher for all of us as we hit yet another season of working from home.
Before diving into the list of boundaries, I want to share a bit why we should set boundaries:
Your job is only a part of who you are.
There is so much world, so much life out there for you. Don't spend it burning yourself out for a job-- even if you love what you do.
Having boundaries is ALWAYS important but even more if you are working from home. Things start to blur when we work at home and it's hard to feel like our head is clear. This can lead to headaches, body aches, irritability, overwhelm and burnout.
These are just a few of the healthy boundaries for Working From Home:
1. Have a separate workspace
2. Change Your Clothes
3. Create a morning and evening routine
4. Block out meal times & take breaks
5. Delete Apps or Pause Notifications Outside of Work Hours
Try out just one this week and let me know how it goes! How do you set boundaries when WFH?
